Barbell removal requires removal of one ball.
The bottom ball should be held firmly rather than
holding the bar. This will insure that one of the balls is removed. |

Only one ball has to be removed to make removal
possible. |

The
bottom ball should be held firmly either with the hand or bead holding
pliers. The top ball is then rotated in a counter clockwise
direction. If it so happens that the top ball is press-fit and is
non-removable, the rotating will be unscrewing the bottom ball. In either
case one ball will be able to be removed. |
