 Never use a tool to pry open a chuck. This is considered abuse. Chucks damaged like this will not be replaced. |

The Rear hole is designed to function to squeeze or close the over-all size of the chuck opening to fit undersize tubes, tubes less than 5/16 Inch (Industry Standard). From the right side insert a screw and protective washer and squeeze the chuck together enough to be able to hold an undersize tube. |

The aircraft aluminum is designed to be flexible enough to stretch enough to accommodate oversize and undersized tubes. If a tube does not fit, Thread out the front screw and Screw the screw in to push the other side open until the Test the fit a little at a time as you go. Damaged chucks will not be replaced. |
